We are located at 31 Francis Street, Zonnebloem, Cape Town, 7925, on the edge of Woodstock and Zonnebloem, approximately 5 minutes from the Cape Town CBD.

Our staffed office hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30–16:30 and Friday 08:30–16:00. Weekend and after-hours access is available by appointment only, confirmed via email in advance.

We offer units from a 1m³ storage locker up to 50m², as well as specialist art and heavy storage. We also offer mini office spaces from 8–20m² with an included storage unit. See our Storage Options page for full details.

Yes. We have a recently updated 2-ton capacity lift, making it straightforward to move heavy furniture and appliances between floors.

Yes. We have dedicated ground floor storage specifically for heavy items that cannot go in the lift. Loading access is available at ground level.

Yes. All storage and mini office leases are month-to-month. One calendar month's written notice is required to vacate. No long-term lock-in.

Yes. The facility is fully fire compliant and CCTV monitored throughout. Security and safety are a priority.
