Our most popular unit size. Comfortably fits the contents of a one-bedroom flat, small business inventory, or e-commerce stock. Lift access to upper floors with 2-ton capacity. Ground floor available for heavy items.
All units at Fairweather House are on month-to-month leases with one calendar month's written notice to vacate. Our staffed office hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30–16:30 and Friday 08:30–16:00. Weekend and after-hours access is available by appointment, confirmed via email.
The recently updated 2-ton capacity lift makes moving heavy items between floors straightforward. Ground floor units are available for heavy or oversized goods that can't go in the lift. Loading access is available at ground level, contact us ahead of a large delivery to coordinate.
